SHIPPING POLICY

The Forest Studio ensures quality products and packaging to our customers. We have partnered with reputed courier agencies for a safe and timely delivery.

All the orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 2 working days. Most of the orders are delivered to your address within 4-7 working days from the date when the order is placed. Depending on your location, weather or other uncontrollable circumstances, the time of delivery will vary and it may take more time for your product to reach you.

In case of a refund, Shipping fees are non-refundable.

In case of replacement, Shipping fees will be applicable for the replaced product to be delivered.

DELIVERY ISSUES

Our return, refund, and exchange policy specifically pertains to orders where the address was accurately provided during the checkout process.

In the event that a customer incorrectly enters their address when placing an order, there is a possibility that the order may be re-routed for an additional fee. However, in order for this to happen, the customer must provide sufficient notification at the appropriate time. It’s important to note that if an order is delivered to an address that was entered incorrectly during checkout, it will no longer be eligible for any re-shipments, returns, replacements, or refunds.

If your tracking information indicates that your shipment has been delivered but you are unable to locate it, we recommend thoroughly checking the surrounding area. This includes checking lobbies, watchman’s offices, mailboxes, side gates, or any other entrances where the package may have been left. In some cases, the package may have been delivered to another employee or neighbor based on the circumstances of the delivery. If you have exhausted all options and still cannot find your shipment, please contact our customer service immediately for further assistance. Please note that shipments that have been marked as delivered and turned away at the address entered during checkout are not eligible for re-shipping, returns, replacements, or refunds.

In order to ensure the delivery of the healthiest terrarium plant possible, we may need to delay your order due to extreme temperatures or weather conditions. We understand that this can be inconvenient and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. Rest assured, you will receive an email notification providing details about the delay and when we anticipate being able to resume delivery. Our top priority is delivering a high-quality product, and we appreciate your understanding in these circumstances.
