RETURN, REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY

At The Forest Studio, we prioritize the excellence of our products and ensure customer satisfaction. Our return, refund, and replacement policy are outlined below for your convenience. It is important to note that these policies solely apply to orders made on theforeststudio.in. Please be aware that custom orders may have specific terms and conditions associated with them.

TERRARIUM PLACEMENT IMAGE FROM THE CUSTOMER WITHIN 24 HOURS OF DELIVERY:

For all Terrarium products, our return, refund, and replacement policies stated on this page are applicable only if the customer submits a wide-angle image of the product placement within 24 hours of delivery. Upon receiving such an image, our team will carefully assess and verify if the placement is correct. If it is found to be incorrect, our team will guide the customer regarding the appropriate product placement based on the required amount of indirect sunlight. We kindly request our customers to follow our instructions and place the products accordingly.

Upon receiving approval for placement or any adjustments, the customer must provide a final image validating the proper positioning of the product according to the given instructions. This crucial step must be completed within a maximum time frame of 72 hours following delivery. Only upon successful completion of this process will the return, refund, and replacement policies outlined on this page apply to these products. Failure to adhere to this requirement will result in the rejection of any return, refund, or replacement requests.

REFUND, REFUND, OR REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED PRODUCT ARRIVED AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY

At The Forest Studio, our utmost priority is to safeguard and protect our products during the shipping process, to ensure their safe arrival. However, we understand that mishandling, extreme temperatures, and adverse weather conditions can potentially harm terrarium plants during transportation. Consequently, there is a slight possibility that your plant or product may arrive damaged. If this unfortunate circumstance occurs, we kindly request that you reach out to us at contact@theforeststudio.in immediately upon delivery. To facilitate the return, refund, or replacement process, please provide us with images of the damaged item as well as your order number. We will promptly address your concerns and work towards a satisfactory solution. We do not provide refund services on any of our products but if your damaged product qualifies for the return or replacement process upon thorough inspection of the said product, we will initiate this return or replacement process within 7-10 days of delivery.  

To qualify for a return, refund, or replacement request, only products that arrive broken, cracked, or with dead or significantly damaged plants at the time of delivery are eligible.

To initiate a return, refund, or replacement request for a terrarium plant, it must be determined that the plant is either dead or exhibits substantial damage upon delivery. Significantly damaged plants are defined as those in which more than 50% of the plants show discoloration, missing leaves, or other forms of irreversible damage at the time of arrival.

To initiate a return, refund, or replacement request for damaged products, it is essential for the customer to promptly notify our team within 24 hours. Please provide clear images or video evidence of the damaged products to facilitate the process. Our team will then assess the situation and determine the appropriate course of action. If the damage is minor and can be easily resolved, our knowledgeable staff will provide you with proper guidance. Please note that we do not provide refund services on any of our products. We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues promptly.

If a customer files a complaint regarding damaged products more than 24 hours after delivery, our team reserves the right to deny any return, refund, or replacement requests based on specific circumstances.

If the product arrives in satisfactory condition but becomes damaged, cracked, or experiences plant failure after 30 days of accepting delivery, please note that such products are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement.

REFUND, REFUND OR REPLACEMENT OF TERRARIUMS DAMAGED AFTER THE DELIVERY

Please note that we are unable to process any returns, refunds, or replacements for our terrarium products due to the perishable nature of the live plants used. We do not provide refund services on any of our products. Once the terrarium has been delivered to you in good condition at the time of delivery, we cannot accept any requests for return, refund, or replacement.

Should you encounter any difficulties with your terrarium plant during the first 30 days after delivery and once we have ensured proper product placement in the initial stage, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at contact@theforeststudio.in. You must contact us at the earliest indication of any decline in plant health. For us to better assist you, kindly provide a thorough description of the issue or concern, accompanied by photographs depicting the plant’s condition. 

Our team of professionals will carefully assess the situation and offer you expert recommendations or solutions. In the rare event that we are unable to find a remedy and your plant, unfortunately, perishes within the first 30 days of delivery, we will review your replacement request based on the circumstances, taking into account the initial product placement. Please note that shipping fees may apply for any replacements. 

We do not provide returns, refunds, or replacements for terrariums in cases where the plants have died as a result of neglect or mistreatment by the customer, as determined by our team. Additionally, terrariums that have been misplaced from their confirmed location will also not be eligible for replacement, refund, or return. Our team takes these matters seriously to ensure fair and consistent policies across our products and services.

COMMON ATTRIBUTES OF PLANTS THAT WILL NOT BE COVERED FOR ANY RETURN, REFUND OR REPLACEMENT INCLUDE: 

It is normal for plants to have minor imperfections, which may include less than 10% of the plant having missing or damaged leaves, brown edges or tips, or natural blemishes that are not a result of transportation or packaging. These issues can be easily resolved by pruning or removing the affected areas and should not be interpreted as an indication of declining plant health.

If you wish to replace your plant after the initial 30-day adjustment period, please note that replacements must be purchased at the product’s listed MRP on the website.

DELIVERY ISSUES

Our return, refund, and exchange policy is specifically applicable to orders in which the address was accurately entered during the check-out process.

If a customer’s address is incorrectly entered, orders may be subject to re-routing for an additional fee. However, this can only occur if the customer provides sufficient notification on time. It’s important to note that if an order is delivered to an address that was entered incorrectly during checkout, it will no longer qualify for re-shipment, return, replacement, or refund.

If your tracking information indicates that your shipment has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we understand that this can be frustrating. We recommend checking all possible areas at the correct address, including lobbies, mailboxes, watchman’s offices, side gates, and any other entrances. In some cases, the package may have been delivered to a neighbor or another employee based on the circumstances of the delivery.

Should you still be unable to locate your package after thorough searching, please contact us immediately. It’s important to note that shipments that have been turned away upon delivery or marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout are not eligible for re-shipping, returns, replacements, or refunds.

To ensure that you receive the highest quality terrarium plant, there may be instances where we need to postpone your order due to extreme temperatures or weather conditions. We understand that this may cause inconvenience, but our goal is to provide you with the healthiest terrarium possible. Rest assured, you will be notified via email about any delays and informed of when we expect to resume delivery. Thank you for your understanding.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

We do not offer Cancellation or Refund services to the customer for any product that has been ordered from our website theforeststudio.in or from any store.
